JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day functionality of the CRM system and providing comprehensive Slate support for special programs (e.g., Honors College, New Student Orientation). Serve as first-level support for all concerns related to Slate raised by users. Work in project teams to support the implementation of new Slate functionality. Assists the Enrollment Management communications team with emails, portal content, and other communication initiatives in Slate.
JOB DUTIES:
45% - Essential - Functional Development and Process Optimization: In alignment with Enrollment Management priorities, provide comprehensive Slate support for special programs (e.g., Honors College, New Student Orientation) including building and updating applications, Reader and workflow functionality, event registration forms, and post-event surveys. With guidance from the CRM manager and in partnership with the Slate Co-Captains, support the day-to-day functionality of the CRM system and identify, analyze, and implement improvements to CRM workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Assist with Slate security and compliance.
20% - Essential - Diagnostics & Support: Serve as first-level support for concerns related to Slate raised by users, collecting necessary details and triaging the requests for the team, including first-level diagnostics. Provide comprehensive Slate support for campus partners, including building and maintaining reports, training and troubleshooting.
20% - Essential - Project Management: In collaboration with campus partners and CRM team members, manage Slate projects and support the implementation of new Slate functionality via project teams. Assist in establishing project expectations, developing project timelines, coordinating task assignments, setting up meetings, testing functionality, and managing stakeholder feedback.
15% - Essential - Communications: Assists the Enrollment Management communications team with emails, portal content, and other communication initiatives in Slate. Collaborates with campus partners to create communication plans and timelines for special programs, such as Honors College, New Student Orientation, and enrollment pathway programs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience - Experience in computer system development and modification
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience - Experience in Higher Education, specifically with Slate, is preferred

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Anticipated Hiring Range ($50,000.00 - $65,000.00)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL
Normal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
