JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for coordinating student leadership programs, creating multimedia content, and maintaining consistent branding for South Carolina Agricultural Education. Additionally, it involves building relationships with the SC FFA Alumni Association, industry partners, and serving as the primary point of contact for statewide Agricultural Education programs. Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES:

30% - Essential - Serve as the Teacher of Record and lead Ag Ed 2010 and Ag Ed 2011 Lab.
25% - Essential - Develop and maintain consistent branding across all communications and materials for South Carolina Agricultural Education. Data Collection and Reporting: Gather relevant data and prepare reports to assess program effectiveness and meet organizational goals.
25% - Essential - Cultivate positive relationships with the Clemson Agricultural Education Faculty and Staff, SC FFA Alumni Association, local chapters, and industry, governmental, and nonprofit partners to support SC FFA and agricultural goals including securing financial and programmatic backing. Also acts as a liaison between the State Association and local FFA chapters to support growth and engagement.
20% - Essential - Coordinate and deliver student leadership programming, while creating and managing multimedia content for South Carolina Agricultural Education initiatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education -  Master's Degree
Work Experience - 5+ years Ag. Ed Classroom Teaching experience; Cert. to teach Ag. Ed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises Work of Others - Supervises work of others and may offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments but does not have responsibility for making these decisions.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides Budget Input - Provides input into the budgeting process, and oversees fund allocation.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

Anticipated Salary Range: $54,300 - $70,800

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL

Normal Operations
Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.
