Operations Manager - Civil and Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences
JOB SUMMARY:Serves as the Operations Manager for the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences. Manages staff and oversees the daily operations for the assigned school. Supports strategic planning and initiatives of the School and associated departments. Provides strategic support to the School Director. Other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:35% - Essential - School Operations: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education: Associate's Degree PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related area. RESPONSIBILITIESJOB KNOWLEDGE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 50% - Sit (stationary position) for prolonged period WORKING CONDITIONS:10% - Overnight Travel WORK SCHEDULE:Standard Hours: 37.5 COMPENSATION INFORMATIONExpected Salary Range: ($ 54,974.00 - $ 71,000.00)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
